Rug underlay: recommended

Loose threads: do not pull them out of the rug rather cut them off with scissors carefully.

Care: Vacuum regularly. Do not use a rotating hoover brush. Avoid contact with liquids. Professional cleaning recommended.

Fibre loss: Wool rugs lose fibres when new and during use. This is not a defect but rather a characteristic of the used natural wool fibre.
